We have prepared a series of documents and downloads to guide you in completing your File Of Life and as additional resources for your benefit. Simply click on any subject below and your browser (Chrome | Firefox | Safari etc.) will either bring the document up on your screen or get it ready for you to download it. In the case of the latter, look for the browser’s download icon which is usually on the top right hand corner of your browser’s page then download it. Locate the folder where files you download usually go to and simply open that document and print it. Please be patient as some browsers may take a little longer to download the documents.

- BeforeISleep Master Document Checklist – this document serves as a checklist of the supporting documents which need to be in your BeforeISleep portfolio to the extent that they apply to your assets. Where you include, for example, your vehicle licence, you do not need to repeat information on the form if it is already on the paperwork you have put into your portfolio and you can simply fill in the relevant form field with “see documents”
- BeforeISleep Photograph checklist – Please remember that you need to download and work in a program like Libreoffice (free for applemac and pc users) to replace our photos with those of your own. Some forms come with photos you will be unable to change and they will therefore not be on the checklist. Choose your operating system and download the app.
